Maine State Housing Authority
Maine Housing’s first home loan program offers an affordable way to buy a home of your own. Working with the Noyes Agency and Maine Housing to find the right home and program to fit your eligibility. Their Advantage program can provide $3500 toward closing costs, applicants take an approved homebuyer education class to qualify.
